There’s a job listed in Advance that, when combined with a cost-of-living analysis provided by CNNMoney, pays approximately $9000 more a year, base-rate. And I’m well qualified for it, as well. But it’s in Arizona? Pleh.

Ya know, Arizona is not nearly as cold as Maine …

Arizona is great! They do not believe in such trivial things as daylight savings. And they only recently decided to observe RDMLKJ day. Plus it’s like, you know, warm. Unles you’re in Flagstaff. Then it’s like, you know, cold. But definitely not Maine cold.

When you put it that way, it doesn’t sound so bad.

Oh yes, not quite as cold at all. Then again, Death Valley is in that state which is mostly what?..oh yeah desert. Lovely winters though!
Did you hear that scorpions are like spiders in the desert in that they come in your house? Yes quite often I have heard tales of sitting in a chair or putting on a shoe, then a little stinging followed by excruciating pain. Hmm maybe the vacation state is not so bad? Sure it is a little cold in the winter months, but your friends would be lost without you.

He has a point. I’m not a big fan of poisonous bugs.
