Why do I have Evanescence’s “Lithium” in my head?

I was driving home tonight and had convinced myself that the guy behind me was following me, so I drove around the block a couple times before going to my house (and he’d kept going straight after I turned). I got myself so worked up that my heart was racing right out of my chest as I was going into the house. I am a tardo.
